During registration, you will be prompted about seating.
Groups of less than 10 people may be seated with other attendees.

CE Course: This year, Dr. Sherif Elsaraj, President of the Ottawa Dental Society, is bringing his passion for continuing education (CE) to the President’s Gala with a unique learning opportunity. A featured lecture, Legacy of Sleep, will be presented by Dr. David “Dave” Federici. Attendees will receive a Category 3 Attendance Certificate worth 1 CE point for the one-hour session. For those who prefer not to attend the presentation, an extended cocktail hour will be available, complete with entertainment and the chance to explore the remarkable artifacts of the Canada Aviation & Space Museum.

Dinner Options: The options are salmon, chicken, or vegetarian. You will be asked to specify your selection when you register for this event.

Drinks and Alcohol

Attendees will each receive one complimentary drink ticket.
There will be a cash bar for all other drinks and alcohol.
The Ottawa Dental Society encourages everyone who consumes alcohol to plan ahead to ensure a safe trip home.

This year, the President of the Ottawa Dental Society has lowered ticket prices to encourage attendees to donate the amount they save. These donations will support the Dental Clinic at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO), which provides essential oral healthcare to children.

During registration, you can make a difference by donating directly to CHEO’s Dental Clinic. Every dollar raised will go towards improving access to compassionate dental care for kids and families who rely on CHEO.
